We did it, our apartment is listed!

I can't quite decide if I am sad or excited. We are so ready for more space, but it is hard to let go of this one. We rented two places before buying, renovating, and moving here. And for those that don't know, we had a hard time (understatement) actually getting in. So, it is hard to let go. Hard to say goodbye to a place you waited over a year to move in to, to a place you practically gutted just to make it  yours, to the place you had your first baby in. Yikes, I am choking up. But everyone has to do it I suppose, at least at some point.

This week I am going to do a bunch of posts in celebration, or in honor of our first real apartment. I am going to finally post the story of how it came to be ours, and all of the almost blood, definitely sweat, and many many tears that came along with it.

I also created a new blog site to check out, and for us to help sell it. We are doing it by ourselves. So, pass it along, maybe even contemplate moving into it, or just enjoy it. Click here to check it out.

Your apartment is darling. I'm sure it'll be hard to leave. Can't wait to see all the pics and hear the story of how it came to be.

It is darling. You guys did such a great job with the space. It's especially so when contrasted with Mr. Wright's decor. Minimal really brightens up the place. I know it will be hard to leave that little (emphasis on that word) home that little Lukey has come to run circles in, but in order for us all to enjoy another baby Bean it is the only way. Unless Lukey is down with sharing his side of the bed...side. But just think if you can do this much with a small space, how much you can do with an even larger space?! Especially if the space is closer to your sister. I don't know how that will help make the space better as far as renovating, or even help you enjoy the space but gosh darn it, it will make visiting a lot cheaper and a lot easier... for me.
