Tom's stuff
In my efforts to make this a family blog, I am posting some of Tom's designs. He most recently worked as a senior designer for a small studio called Rodrigo Corral Design, designing mainly book jackets, DVD's, New York Times Book Review articles, and a few misc things. He currently is doing "his own thing", so in honor of his talent, I present, some of his stuff.
Book covers Tom designed that have either been printed or are going to print
DVD box sets Tom designed for the Criterion Collection.
A banner Tom designed for the Urban Forest Project, it proudly hung in Times Square.
Here's to Tom finding LOT's of work to keep us here a bit longer, I swear family, I'm only kidding.

yes! here's to tom's talent and it keeping you here for years and years and years. . . or at least as long as we're here.
WOW... killer stuff... sure he will have plenty to do doing "his own thing"
Tom, I didn't know it actually hung in Time's Square! I thought it was just one of the ones they selected. THAT is SO SO cool. And of course the design in and of itself is excellent as well. I don't think I've ever seen the second DVD collection, which I love. They flow together so nicely. I swear sometimes (wait that's not the end of what I was going to say, yes I do (sorry mom, not that she doesn't already know) swear on a very rare occassion but that isn't my point) that your designs could easily be wall decorations. Is that the right word? It doesn't feel like the right word but hopefully you understand what I'm trying to say. Though I have missed having the Beans in Utah, your talent since being there has grown so much and I mean that sincerely. But that doesn't mean I don't think you should move back, cause you should. And that guy is almost, almost as hot as Blair Underwood. Almost.
